1. Overview of the App

Blink AI allows users to:

  • Capture or select photos

  • Enter text prompts

  • Generate AI-edited or newly created images

  • Purchase subscriptions and use a credit-based system

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Information (Sign in with Apple)

When you sign in using Apple, we may receive:

  • A unique Apple user identifier

  • Your email address (if Apple shares it)

  • Your name (only if you choose to share it, typically on first sign-in)

We do not collect passwords.

B. Subscription & Credit Information

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Subscription product identifiers

  • Transaction identifiers

  • Entitlement and expiration status

  • Signed StoreKit transaction payload for verification

Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store payment card information.

C. User Content (AI Inputs & Outputs)

To provide AI image generation:

  • Photos you capture in-app

  • Photos you select from your device

  • Text prompts you enter

  • AI-generated outputs

This content is transmitted securely to our backend and AI providers solely to process your request and return results.

D. Saved Content on Your Device

If you choose to save results:

  • Images may be saved to your Photos library (using Apple APIs)

  • Images may be stored locally within the App on your device

Local files remain on your device unless you delete them.

E. Technical & Usage Data

When using the App, service providers may process limited technical data such as:

  • IP address

  • Device/app metadata

  • Timestamps

  • Error logs

  • Fraud/abuse-prevention signals

This data is used strictly for security, reliability, and service operation.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate and manage accounts

  • Provide AI generation features

  • Manage subscriptions and credits

  • Prevent fraud and abuse

  • Provide customer support

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.
We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We only share data as necessary to operate the App.

A. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers, including:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check)

  • Google AI services (via Firebase AI tooling) for image generation

Your submitted images and prompts are processed by these providers solely to generate AI results.

B. Apple

Apple processes subscription payments and entitlement validation via StoreKit APIs.

C. Legal & Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect users, rights, or security.

5. Data Retention

  • AI inputs (photos/prompts): Processed to fulfill your request. Service providers may retain limited logs per their policies and configuration.

  • Subscription & credit records: Retained as needed for billing integrity, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

  • Locally saved content: Remains on your device until deleted.

6. Your Controls

You control:

  • Camera access (via iOS Settings)

  • Photo library access (Apple picker limits access to selected items only)

  • Saving images to Photos

  • Deleting saved content in-app

  • Account deletion (via Settings)

If you delete your account:

  • Your authentication account is removed

  • Some billing-related records may be retained for legal and operational reasons

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your country.

9. Children’s Privacy

Blink AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
